Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Delivery times may vary due to:

- Festivals & holiday rush
- Remote area locations
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges may apply based on pin code and order size.
- Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or minimum order value.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking ID
- Courier partner name
- Live tracking link
You can track your order anytime until it arrives.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If incorrect shipping details are provided:
- Delivery may be delayed
- Order may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges may apply
7. Damaged Parcels
If your package appears tampered or damaged:
- Please do not accept the delivery
- Contact us immediately with photos
🔄 Returns
We want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, here is how returns work.
1. Return Eligibility

- The item is unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging
Return window: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items without tags or original packaging

- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Customized or personalized orders
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@wipligo.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photo/video proof of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange pickup from your location.
- After product inspection, refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds may be issued as:
- Store credit (fastest option), or
- Refund to the original payment method (5–7 business days after approval)
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Wrong product delivered
- Approved damaged/defective returns
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
7. Pickup & Reverse Logistics
- Our courier partner will schedule a return pickup.
- Pickup availability depends on your pin code.
If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. Reimbursement will be provided based on courier receipts.
